How to apply to be a J&J America dealer?
Fax or email us your company information, a copy of your
company state tax ID or resale certificate which states that your business
is in billiards.
We will evaluate to see if you are qualified to be our dealer. We will
send you our product catalog and wholesale price list when we accept you
as our dealer.
I am not a dealer, may I order from you?
We recommend you buy from our dealer in your area. Check with your
local billiard store to see if they resell our products. Most of our dealers
provide excellent services and prices on our products.
If you can't find any of our dealers in your area, email your request
to us. We are happy to help you.
Our online price is around 20% off our suggest retail price.
I don't have a company. May I get your wholesale price?
No. Wholesale price for our dealers only.
Can you send me a free catalog?
Free catalog for dealers only. Please email or fax a copy of your state tax ID or resell
certificate to us.
We must have a copy of your company information before we can send you
our wholesale package. If you are not a dealer, we will charge you $6
for sending you our catalog.
How to place order?
You can email, or fax your order. Please do not provide your credit card info online, you may call in to provide your
credit card info, or we will call you for it. If you pay by paypal,
zelle, or
check, we will give you instruction to pay.
Do I need to pay sales tax?
We charge sales tax for items being shipped to California only. No sales tax
for items being shipped to other states.
How do you ship my order? What is the shipping charge?
We ship your order by UPS Ground except you make a special request.
UPS Ground shipping cost estimate: $15 to $30 for a cue or a cue case,
depending on the destination, weight, and the value of the item. Shipping charge
is much higher for UPS Next Day shipping, about $60 and up. Check www.ups.com
for cost estimate. Package weight for one cue is about 3 lbs, one case is
about 8 lbs.
Do you ship international order?
Yes. We ship international order by UPS Air, or Postal Air
Services.
What kind of payment do you accept?
Paypal: We accept Paypal, prefer Paypal friend/family
Credit Card Payment: at this time, we accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,
or Discover only in the USA.
Prepaid: We prefer that you mail your payment in personal
check, money order, or cashier check. If you mail payment you can select a free
gift. Free gift can be any item*
listed on our website. Free gift price is not over 10% of your order total.
You may use zelle and other money transfers to pay.
For international customers: please send cashier's check or money
order, or bank transfer money to us before we can release your
order. We don't accept credit card for international orders.
COD: No COD, please.
When I pay by credit card, can I have
my order ship to a different address other than my credit card billing
address?
You have to call your credit card company and notify them of your other
delivery address so that your order can be authorized and shipped
to that address as quickly as possible. It is a new policy from most credit card
companies that must be adhered to, both by J&J America and other
credit card company customers. It is done to protect you from fraudulent
use of your credit card account.
If you don't call your credit card company to notify them that you are
using a different shipping address for your order, we can not send your
order to a different address. We have to send your order to the credit
card billing address.
Do you keep my information private?
Yes. All your information you enter is for your order placed to us only.
We don't use your information for other purpose. We don't send you junk
mail. We don't pass your private information to others.
How can I trust your company?
J&J America has excellent reputation in billiards business for over
30 years. We are member of BCA, VNEA, and others. You

Do you trade cues?
We normally do not trade cues. ( But for some very good used custom cues,
we may trade or buy them). We focus on distributing brand new cues directly from the cue makers.
Why no price for Tad Cues listed at your web site?
First, we promise Tad that we don't list the price for his cues in
the web. Second, market value of Tad cues keeps changing.
I am in Japan. Can you quote me your Tad cues pricing?
No. Sorry. We don't sell Tad cues to Japan. You can contact Tad Cue
dealers in Japan.
Why some cues are so expensive?
Cue price depends on cue brand name, cue maker name, quality of cue,
how the cue made ( hand or machine made ), and so on. Some collectable
cues are very expensive. It is unfair to compare a cue
cost $100 to a cue cost $10,000. To meet different players' need we stock
many brands of
cues, with different price levels .
