To place order, no need to fill out an order form, please send an email to jjcues@yahoo.com , or send a text to 562-229-9688, with the items you like to order and the shipping address. We will reply your email or text with the total cost. When you confirm your order, you will provide payment. We take credit card, paypal, Zelle, check, .......

Please include/address the following in your email:
1. "Ship to" name.
2. "Ship to" address.
3. Your phone # and email address.
4. Model #, description, and quantity. If ordering cues, enter the weight and spec of the cues you like.
5. We will ship the order by UPS or Priority Mail. If you need it ship UPS Next Day or Second Day please specify.
6. Payment by Credit Card, Paypal, Zelle, or Check.
7. We will call you for your credit card # or you may call us at 562-229-9688 to provide card #. If paying by credit card, we have to ship to the credit card billing address. If you need to ship to another address, please explain. If pay by paypal, we will give you our paypal account.
8. International orders: must pay by money transfer or bank transfer. We do not take credit card when we ship International order.
9. After we receive your email order, we will email you a confirmation. You will receive an email tracking # after we ship your order.

Cue weight ranges from 18.50 oz to 20.50 oz.

Billing Information

• Credit Card: We accept credit card for USA customers only. For security issues, we recommend that you leave the credit card # field blank. Please call us at 562-229-9688 to provide the card #, or we will call you for it. 
• Paypal: If you like to pay by paypal, we will email you a total and our paypal account then you may paypal.
• Check/Money order: If you select to pay by check or money order, we will email you the order total then you can mail a check*. Order will be shipped as soon as your check is deposited & clear. No COD. 
• International customers have to pay by money transfer or bank transfer. We do not accept credit card or Paypal when shipping to other country. 
• We charge sales tax for items being shipped to California. No sales tax for items being shipped to other states. 
  

Shipping Information

• Please provide your shipping address if it is different from your billing address. If paying by credit card, shipping address must be the same as the credit card billing address. See FAQ for more information.
• We ship all orders via UPS Ground unless you select other. Shipping cost estimate for one cue or one cue case : UPS Ground: $20 to $30. UPS 2 Days or Next Day: $45 to $100. You may check www.ups.com for shipping cost estimate.
• Order usually shipped in the same or next business day.
