Dealers There are many benefits being a dealer of J&J America. When becoming a dealer you will receive our discount pricing which will allow you to make a good profit on resale of our products. We offer a free catalog and outstanding customer service. To protect our dealers we only offer a limited number of dealerships in certain areas so open your dealer account now. Currently we have exclusive distributors in some cities so we can't accept any new dealers in those areas. Please contact us for more information, or check FAQ to see how to apply to be our dealer.
Individual We recommend you contact one of our dealers in your area. Our dealers can provide you with service on our products. However, If you can't find a dealer in your area, or if you have difficulty with our dealer, you can contact us directly. We are always happy to help you. Catalog can be ordered at cost of $6. When you buy any of our product, we will refund the catalog charge to you.
Order We prefer you place your order by filling out our on-line order form. You also can email, fax, or call us to place your order. Most orders are shipped in the same day by UPS ground or as per your request.
Payment Qualified dealers can open an account with term up to 15 days. We accept credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover for USA customers. For individual, you can pay by credit card, but we prefer you send your payment in money order or check first. If you send money first you can select a free gift valued up to 10% of your order total. For international customers, you need to transfer your payment to us before we can release your shipment.
Minimum Order For dealers, a $5 service charge will be added to any order totaling less than $50.
Guarantee We guarantee our cues are straight and all of our products are free of defects. This guarantee applies to defects in parts or workmanship only and does not cover used or abused merchandises. If you receive any of our products and you think there are defects, please contact us immediately. You may request an exchange, a full credit, or refund. We also have a price guarantee and a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
Claim for defects or damage All claims must be presented within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Claims will not be considered or allowed after that period.
Returns Any returns must be authorized by J&J America with a written RMA number prior to shipment. Shipping of returns needs to be prepaid. A 15% restocking fee may be charged on returned orders.

Discount prices are available on quantity orders.
